INNER JOURNEY is a guided meditation into the inner realities of the mind and body for the purpose of personal growth and spiritual development. After a basic relaxation technique, the listener enters an inner room where spiritual guides and the higher self assist in the healing and awakening of the inner child. Other rooms are visited and created for future exploration. Guided meditation is the ancient art from which self-hypnosis and creative visualization have become popular. CONTENTS: The inner room, the healing table, meet your spiritual guides, your higher self, healing the inner child, crystal room, hall of wisdom. This guided meditation begins with deep relaxation and counts down from 21 to 1 to lead the listener to a healing room with light shining down from a high domed ceiling. In the center of the room is a clear crystal healing table, sparkling in the light. Three spiritual guides join you – teaching you and helping you to understand yourself as you lie on the table and receive healing from them. Your Higher Self joins you and brings your inner child to your open arms. You place this child on the healing table. Together, with the three guides, and your higher self, you watch the child become healthier, more mature and shining with light. You and the inner child explore other rooms with the guides teaching you about the crystal room, the great learning room, and the Hall of Wisdom where images can be shown to you about the past, the present and the future. You return to normal consciousness feeling refreshed, peaceful and tranquil – knowing you have a source of inner wisdom and that you can return anytime you wish.

Part one: my spirit guide is bigger than yours
With lots of gentle humor this workshop examines the spiritual games people play on themselves and others, as well as help participants become more familiar with their spirit guides. One of the common spiritual games we play is thinking that we have greater authority and righteousness because the spirit speaking to and through us is to be respected. Instead, let the emotions, information and the energy that these spirits bring through us reveal the love wisdom and power of the higher dimensions.
Part Two: Working With Spirit Guides
We are all connected to the same Source of all life, but our experience with inner guidance and spiritual beings will be different for everyone. Whether we consider these forms of intelligence to be higher aspects of our own selves or independent entities, the challenge is the same: how do we access and validate this wisdom? How can we “channel” for ourselves. Our spiritual guides communicate with us through intuition, and we only need to refine our ability to receive.
